Study of constructability and materials used within the interior envelope. Focuses on the introduction to light frame construction; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; concepts of structural terminology and application; custom millwork standards; and custom furnishings fabrication methods. Classwork includes lectures from faculty and guests, reading, exercises, and examinations.
